Santa Dash and Festive Fun Run
This event is a family festive run held at Lingwood Village Hall in the spacious grounds and on surrounding trail footpaths. It raises funds for the Mini Donks - Miniature Donkeys for Wellbeing, and the donkeys will make a visit during the event. Medals are provided for all participants.
Distances included:
- 5 km Santa Dash
- 2 km Family Festive Fun Run, which remains at the Village Hall
- 400 m Inflatable Fancy Dress Dash, free for participants wearing an inflatable costume
The Inflatable Fancy Dress Dash takes place before the main races and participants may change before the main races if they wish. The event is untimed to reduce costs and increase the amount donated to the charity. The Hug-a-Mug cafe will be open with snacks, home-made cakes and refreshments.
Entry terms are stated: entries are non-refundable and cannot be deferred; transfers to another participant are allowed until midnight on 09/12/2026. The minimum age for the 5 km race is 11 years.
