Sproul 10K
The Sproul 10K is a trail running event held in North Bend, Pennsylvania, organized by PA Trail Dogs. The event is listed as the 20th annual running and is part of the Rocksylvania Trail Series: the 10K is in the Slate Division and the newly added 5K is in the Sandstone Division.
The course climbs about three miles to the top of McCloskey Mountain and then descends about 3.5 miles to the finish. The event base is the Western Clinton Sportsman's Association Clubhouse at 161 Sportsman's Lane, North Bend PA 17760.
Registration opens December 20, 2026 and closes June 1. Entry is limited to the first 300 runners. There are no race day sign ups. The organizer states there are no refunds, no deferrals, no bib switches, and no bandits allowed. Dogs are not permitted on the course. All registered participants receive a tech shirt and a post race meal.
