Springmaid Trail Race
The Springmaid Trail Race is a trail running event at Anne Springs Close Greenway held on November 7, 2026 at the Lake Haigler Entrance in Fort Mill, SC. The race is dedicated to the Mary Warner Mack Dog Park and invites family participation, including dogs in the Dog Jog.

- 10K
- 5K and Dog Jog
- 5K Hike Challenge
Entry fees vary by category and registration timing, with listed prices ranging from $32 to $70. Course maps are provided for each distance. Early packet pickup is available at the Greenway Gateway at the Lake Haigler Entrance.
Awards are given by gender and age group. Specific awards include top overall finishers for the 5K, 10K, and half marathon, top age-group finishers across distances, and top dog overall in the 5K. Half marathon finishers receive medals.
Race registration is nonrefundable unless a refund protection plan was purchased. Transfers to another competitor or to another Greenway race of equal or lesser value are permitted more than two weeks before the event at the director’s discretion. The event runs in ordinary adverse weather but may be canceled for severe weather; cancellations do not automatically trigger refunds except when refund protection was purchased.
Volunteer opportunities are available for race-day roles. Greenway members are not charged parking fees at signature events; standard daily admission fees apply to non-members ages three and up. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
