About the race

Semerwater Stomp is a 10.2-mile (16.4 km) trail race staged in Semerwater, Raydale, North Yorkshire, and organized by DalesRunner. The spectacular finale to the short course series starts and finishes in the heart of Raydale, with runners looping from Semerwater through Stalling Busk, fording to Marsett, then climbing Wether Fell and skirting Weather Fell before returning to Semerwater. The course mixes hard-packed footpaths, a short road section and grassy trods, and is fully marked with tape and signs.

Highlights include well-stocked aid stations with vegan and gluten-free options, a post-race hot meal and cakes, supportive marshals, GPX/map availability, and a finishers neck tube option. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
