Runningman Festival 2026
Runningman Festival 2026 is a three day fitness and wellness festival held Sept. 18 to 20, 2026 at Kingston Downs in Rome, Georgia. The event combines a choose your own distance race with a program of workout and wellness sessions, keynote talks, live music, vendor exhibits, and a dedicated sauna area billed as the World’s Largest Sauna.
The race takes place on a site loop and offers traditional distances with a time cap of eight hours to reach each distance. Each completed distance earns a medal.

- 5k
- 10k
- Half marathon
- Marathon
- 50k
Passes and camping details are specified by the organizer. Every three day pass includes a self supported camping plot. Glamping upgrades are available and include a tent, bed or beds, a side table, and a lantern. RVs and campers are not permitted on site. The event is 18 plus and is a no spectator event.
On site amenities and policies listed for the festival include on site parking included with tickets, restroom and luxury shower trailers with hot water, free water stations, medical staff on site, and food and beverages available for purchase with a complimentary morning cafe on weekend days.
