Riverbank Splodge
Riverbank Splodge is one of the races in the LAC Winter League 2026/2027. It takes place at Achriabhach in Glen Nevis on 3 January 2027 and is classified as a medium race, with a distance in the 6-9 miles category. It is scheduled as part of a ten-race winter series covering a mix of short, medium and long courses.
Entry fees for this race follow the league structure: Scottish Athletics members pay £3, while non-Scottish Athletics members pay £5 for this specific event. Results for league races are published by Lochaber AC after each race.
Because the event is part of a winter league, participants are expected to prepare for winter conditions by carrying or wearing suitable clothing and equipment. Organisers require full body cover for long races and may require similar kit for medium races; participants remain responsible for their own safety and equipment choices. The same race number issued at a competitor’s first league race should be used throughout the winter series. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
