Osprey Ambler takes place at Osprey Park in Sultan, WA. Participants may run a set number of laps to complete a marathon or run as many laps as they wish within timed events.

The course is a loop of approximately 1.06 mi on smooth, dirt single track with minimal elevation change. The route starts at the shelter, passes the corner of the play fields, then enters the woods and follows trails around the north and west sides of Osprey Park. Sections run along the bank of the Sultan River where runners may see salmon returning to spawn. The loop returns through the woods to the aid station and finish area at the shelter. The course is subject to modification depending on conditions before the event.
The event was originated by Wander Bigger Running, LLC and is presented by the Sky Valley Trail Runners Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All event proceeds will go toward improving and maintaining trail networks in the Skykomish River Valley and/or to Snohomish County Volunteer Search and Rescue, Inc.
