Inflatable 5K Norwich
The Inflatable 5K event in Norwich, Norfolk is scheduled for Saturday 17 October 2026. The course uses giant inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels arranged on a 2.5k lap that repeats for longer distances. The event is non timed and focuses on participation rather than results.
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 2.5k - 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5k - 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10k - 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k - 6 laps, 90 obstacles
Every participant receives a finisher's medal, a goodie bag and a drink at the finish. The course includes five music zones and a mid-route hydration station. Medical cover, event photography, a clearly marked route and a free spectator area are provided. Food and drink vendors will be on site and toilets are available at the venue.
Entry categories are Adult (16+) and Child (5 to 15). Children aged 5 to 15 must run with a paying participating adult at a maximum ratio of three children per adult. Dogs are not permitted. Parking is charged at £5 per car and a bag drop service is available for £3 per bag with size limits and security checks.
