Inflatable 5K Norwich (Norfolk)
The event in Norwich is a non-timed inflatable obstacle course with multiple distance options and on-course entertainment. It features giant inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels arranged on a 2.5 km lap that repeats for longer distances. Music zones are placed around the route and a water station is available midway along the course.
Distances offered include:
- 2.5k - 15 obstacles, one lap
- 5k - 30 obstacles, two laps
- 10k - 60 obstacles, four laps
- 15k - 90 obstacles, six laps
Participants receive a finisher's medal, a goodie bag, event photography and access to a free spectators area. Medical cover is provided and the route is clearly marked. Food and drink vendors will be on site. Parking is charged at £5 per car and bag drop is available for £3 per bag; bags are limited to average rucksack size and will be searched for safety. Dogs are not permitted at the venue.
Children aged 5 to 15 must run with a paying participating adult at a maximum ratio of three children to one adult. Spectators must remain in designated areas and keep off the marked course and obstacles.
