The event in Norwich, Norfolk is an inflatable obstacle course held over a repeatable 2.5K lap. Participants move through giant inflatable obstacles, including slides and tunnels, with music zones placed around the course.
Distances available:
- 2.5K, 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5K, 2 laps, 30 obstacles (three new obstacles added for this edition)
- 10K, 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15K, 6 laps, 90 obstacles
The event is non timed and aimed at a social, fun atmosphere. Every participant receives a finisher's medal, a goodie bag at the finish, and event photography is provided. Medical cover, a clearly marked route and an on-route hydration station are available. A free spectators area is provided; spectators must remain in designated areas and keep off the course.
Entry and venue details include age categories (Adult 16+, Child 5 to 15), and children aged 5 to 15 must run with a paying participating adult at a maximum ratio of three children to one adult. Practical arrangements on the day: parking is charged at £5 per car, bag drop is £3 per bag with size limits and security searches, dogs are not allowed, toilets are provided, and E tickets should be printed or screenshotted for entry.
