North Bend Trail Fest - October 3-4, 2026 - North Bend, WA
North Bend Trail Fest is a two-day mountain running event held in North Bend, Washington, at the western gateway to the Cascades. The event highlights Mt Si and nearby trail networks in the Snoqualmie Valley and includes multiple races and a community trail festival.
Race distances and formats include:
- Mt Si VK: under 5 km, 1,000 m vertical gain, limited to 70 runners.
- Skyline 30K: 30 km, about 6,300 ft elevation gain, Vert Running Series championship.
- Little Si 10K: 10 km, about 1,275 ft elevation gain, starts at Torguson Park.
- North Bend Double: Mt Si VK plus Skyline 30K, over 10,000 ft climbing, limited to 50 runners.
Racing divisions are Men, Women, and Nonbinary with Elite, Sport, and Masters (45+) categories. The event offers a $4,500 prize purse for elites, gear awards, and special awards for fastest summit times. Nonbinary prize eligibility follows a performance threshold for the Skyline 30K. Finishers receive custom awards or tree plantings; select races include post-race meals and summit medals.
The festival program features a food tent, community gravel ride, climbing wall, kids loop race, inflatable race, kombucha on tap, and sponsor demos (Brooks, Salomon, Black Diamond). Seven dollars from each Skyline 30K registration is donated to Recovery Beyond. Volunteer positions earn race credit per hour. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
