6th Annual Nick's 5K Run & Fitness Walk

The event is the sixth annual edition of Nick's 5K Run & Fitness Walk, scheduled for October 4, 2026, at Highland Park in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The listed venue address is 104 Mechanic Street, Attleboro, MA.

The course is described as a flat and fast, cross-country style route run entirely on wide grass paths that are well maintained. There are a few short sections on narrower crushed stone paths; those surfaces are compact and stable. No roads or pavement are used on the course, so the route is traffic free. The layout consists of a 1.55 mile loop that participants complete two times.

Event-day activities and amenities include music provided by a DJ, a kids fun run consisting of a 100 yard dash held before the main 5K, a bake sale, raffle activities, and custom running socks provided to all pre-registered runners and walkers. Awards are planned for the top overall male and female finishers as well as for top finishers in age-group divisions.

Options for participation include an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
