Mystery 5K and Kids 1 Mile - Phoenix
The Mystery 5K and Kids 1 Mile is a running fundraiser in Phoenix, Arizona that benefits Desert Mission Food Bank. The event takes place at AZ Falls and the flat course follows the canal; parking is available at the nearby Lutheran church north of the park off 56th Street.

The live 5K is chip timed and includes age group awards across 14 categories. The Kids 1 Mile is untimed; children may complete one mile or less to receive a medal and a finish-line treat. All finishers choose two medals from past event inventory; bib, wristband, snacks and raffle entry are included. No separate packet pickup is necessary for live participants.
Early registration fees are stated as $30 for the 5K and $20 for the Kids 1 Mile, with a scheduled price increase on November 2. The event is limited to 150 runners. Virtual 5K entries allow participants to run on another day and report a finishing time; virtual packets are shipped during race week. The Kids 1 Mile is not offered virtually.
