Marriott's Way 10k

The event is a 10 km trail race from Aylsham to Reepham in Norfolk, run along the Marriott’s Way. The route follows an old railway line through Norfolk countryside and is flat and mostly off road with softer ground underfoot. The finish is in Reepham Market Place and the race starts on the Marriott’s Way in Aylsham.

There are five start waves set at ten minute intervals; wave places are assigned on a first come, first served basis and do not correspond to predicted finisher times. Race headquarters is at Woodgate Nursery, Cawston Road, Aylsham, Norwich NR11 6UH. Parking is available at Woodgate Nursery or Reepham High School, with a complimentary shuttle bus operating between the finish area and the race headquarters. A road closure will be in place from Ollands Road, Reepham to Reepham Market Place while the race takes place.

Facilities include a bag drop that moves to the finish for collection, toilets at Woodgate Nursery and Reepham Market Place, and water provision at the 5 km point and at the finish. Bone conduction headphones are permitted; in ear headphones are not allowed and may lead to disqualification. All finishers receive a vest, medal and goodies. Prizes are awarded to overall winners and in age categories including 40 to 44, 45 to 49, 50 to 54, 55 to 59, 60 to 64, 65 to 69 and 70 plus.
