Isle of Wight Fell Race Series 2027
The Isle of Wight Fell Race Series takes place across two days on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 September 2027 with headquarters at St Catherine’s School, Grove Road, Ventnor PO38 1TT. The finish area enters the school playing fields and avoids traffic in town. Toilets are available at the venue; there are no showers.
The series comprises three fell races with the following courses:
- The St Boniface Fell - 3.8 km, 235 m ascent
- The Ventnor Horseshoe - 12 km, 443 m ascent
- The Wroxall Round - 21 km, 487 m ascent
The series incorporates the SEAA Fell Running Championships. Championship entrants must pre-enter by the event closing date and meet SEAA eligibility: be a first claim club member of an SEAA club affiliated for fell running or be an individual member of the FRA born in, or resident for nine months in, the SEAA area. To qualify for the SEAA Championship competitors must complete all three races.
Entry details in the source list the following fees: seniors £10 per race or £25 for the series, and juniors U20 £8 for the St Boniface Fell. Entries open 6 October 2026 and close 6 September 2027.
