High Lodge 10K Guided Trail Run – December
The High Lodge 10K Guided Trail Run is a group trail run of 10 km held at High Lodge in Thetford Forest, Brandon, Suffolk (IP27 0AF) on 27 December 2026. The event is organised by ESCAPE trails and has an entry fee of £12.50.
The route runs on woodland trails that are mostly flat with very few obstacles. Terrain includes hard-packed tracks and single-track paths through the woods. Runs are led at a conversational pace rather than raced, and participants are placed into groups based on a reported 5k, 10k or half marathon time; the group pace may be slower than an individual’s usual pace.
The event schedule allows up to two hours for the run; actual duration will depend on the group’s abilities. There is plentiful parking at High Lodge and parking for attendees is charged at £3.
