HARP24 2027
HARP24 is a 24 hour endurance event taking place on 26/06/2027 at Cherry Orchard Country Park, Rochford. Participants run as many laps as they can on a scenic 8 km loop through the Essex countryside. Entries are available for solo runners, pairs, or teams of up to 12.
The event includes on-site camping from Friday evening and facilities such as toilets and showers available free of charge. Food trucks will be present during the weekend. Dogs are permitted on the course and in the camping area when kept on leads and under supervision.
Entry options and costs are listed as follows: standard charity entry from £38 with an optional fundraising pledge of £100, and an early bird entry price shown as £75. A proportion of registration fees and fundraising covers event costs and participant kit, with remaining funds directed to work on homelessness in Essex. Real time chip timing and leaderboards operate throughout the event, and participants receive a goody bag, a branded T-shirt, and a medal. Registered participants can join an event WhatsApp group for communication.
Additional practical notes in the event information include a minimum age of 16, the ability to defer an entry once without a fee, and rules around charity-entry fundraising where not reaching 50% of the fundraising target by three weeks before the event may require payment of the outstanding amount or possible cancellation of the place.
