HARP24 2027
HARP24 is a 24 hours endurance event held at Cherry Orchard Country Park, Rochford. Participants run as many laps as they can of an 8 km loop through the Essex countryside, either solo, as a pair, or in teams of up to 12. The event does not require a set distance; runners may stop, rest, and return to the course over the 24 hours.
HARP24 is organised as a charity event to raise funds for work to end homelessness in Essex. Entry options and costs listed for the event include a standard entry and a reduced charity entry that requires a fundraising commitment of £100. Registration fees shown include a charity entry from £38 and a standard entry from £85. If a charity entrant has not raised 50% of the target three weeks before the event they will be asked to pay the outstanding amount or risk cancellation. A deferral of entry is permitted once without charge, subject to conditions.
Onsite facilities include toilets and showers free for runners, food trucks, camping from Friday night, and space for dogs on leads. Race services include guaranteed entry, real time chip timing with leaderboards, a goody bag, a medal, and a branded event T shirt. The minimum age to take part is 16.
