Eyemouth Twilight 5K & Scott's Mini Fun Runs 2027
Eyemouth Twilight takes place on 27 August 2027 in Eyemouth, Scottish Borders. The event is organised by Eyemouth Development Trust, a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation with charity number SC045880. It comprises a certified 5K and a series of Scott's Mini Fun Runs for children across several age groups.
The 5K follows a Scottish Athletics certified route that starts and finishes outside Giacopazzi's Gelato on Harbour Road and includes sections through Eyemouth and around the golf course. The course uses public roads and footpaths and includes supervised crossing points at The Avenue, Stebbings Rise and the car park on the new road. Chip timing is used and reusable timing chips must be returned after the race. Headphones and earphones are not permitted during the 5K.
Scott's Mini Fun Runs take place along Harbour Road with separate age groups and shorter distances for younger children. Children under eight must be accompanied by a responsible adult and all children must remain under parental or guardian supervision. Volunteer marshals will supervise the course and parents running alongside children should take care not to obstruct younger participants.
All finishers receive a medal. Participants will be given a reusable water bottle and a complimentary ice cream provided by Giacopazzi's Gelato. Entries must be completed online in advance and entry fees are non refundable. Parking near the start and finish is limited; alternative parking locations include Eyemouth Co-op car park, Eyemouth Leisure Centre and Victoria Road.
