Drink MO Wine Run, Augusta, Missouri
The Drink MO Wine Run takes place in Augusta, Missouri on Saturday May 1, 2027. This is the fifth annual running of the event and it routes through the town of Augusta and nearby recreational areas.
The course begins in the hilly, historic streets of Augusta before reaching the Katy Trail for flatter miles. The 5K and 10K courses turn and return to Augusta. The half marathon continues into Klondike Park to run on wooded trails, loops through the park, and returns to finish near Mount Pleasant Winery.

Pre-event packet pickup is the day before the race at SBR Bikes & Brews in Chesterfield, Missouri; athletes must bring a photo ID and may pick up another athlete's packet. Parking is available at Mount Pleasant Winery and at the Augusta Trailhead Lot about 0.4 miles from the start; trolley service runs between the trailhead lot and the event area.
Registration includes a long sleeve unisex shirt, a wine cup for the first 500 registrants, finisher medal, passport to Augusta Wine Country, live race results, race photos, awards, and a post-race party with live music, food and drinks. Water and electrolyte drink are provided at on-course aid stations; athletes are advised to carry personal nutrition.
Awards are given to top overall and age group finishers for the 5K, 10K and half marathon. Race cutoffs are 3.5 hours for the half marathon and 2 hours for the 1 Mile, 5K and 10K. Entry fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable; optional race insurance is available. Dogs are not permitted on the course except approved service animals and strollers must be registered.
