Wild in the Woods
Wild in the Woods is a trail race held at Broemmelsiek Park in Defiance, Missouri. The 2026 edition takes place on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at the Hilltop Shelter, 1795 Hwy DD, Defiance, MO 63341. The event offers two loop options on park trails.

Regular entry fees are listed as $39 for the 5 mile and $49 for the 10 mile. A 10 percent discount on this race entry is available for those who register for the full Big River Trail Series by the stated deadline.
This race is the second event in the Big River Trail Series.
