Do you like my Bingley Baubles
Do you like my Bingley Baubles is a festive canal running event near Bingley, West Yorkshire, organised by Its Grim Up North Running and scheduled for 20 December 2026. The event uses chip timing and all races are Trail Running Association licensed under UKA rules.
The route follows the Leeds and Liverpool Canal towpath. The course is mostly flat and well surfaced, with the 3-Rise and 5-Rise locks providing the main elevation changes. Feed and drink stations are provided approximately every three miles with water, sweets and treats. The course is fully marshalled and clearly signed. Toilets are available at Bingley Rugby Club near parking.
Practical details include parking at Bingley Rugby Club with a £5 charge per car (cash), a 5–10 minute walk from parking to the start, and the start area is about 1.5 miles from Bingley train station. The event operates as a cup-less event so runners are expected to use a reusable cup or bottle at feed stations. Headphone use is restricted: over-ear headphones are not allowed; in-ear use should be bone-conducting or one in, one out. Some minor road crossings may be unmarshalled. Transfers and deferrals are available free via the organiser's website.
