Too Cool for Pule
Too Cool for Pule is a fell race in Marsden that covers 5.8 Mile with 1026 ft of ascent. The course is a circular route that starts and finishes at Marsden Cricket Club and passes reservoirs, hills and local viewpoints.
The route includes slabbed sections of the Pennine way and areas of boggy ground, providing varied underfoot conditions. A plotted route is available from the organiser and the course uses local trails around Marsden.
Trophy prizes are awarded across male and female senior and veteran categories, including V40, V50 and V60 classes, and there are club prizes for the first male and first female club teams. Entry fees are listed at £8.00 for FRA members and £10.00 for non members.
