Chupacabra Endurance 10-hour Run
Chupacabra Endurance is a timed trail endurance event at Bluhm County Park in Westville, IN on August 29, 2026. The course uses a loop of approximately 4–4.1 miles with a short section of pavement.
The event runs in hourly loops. Organizers start the clock every hour and each runner has one hour to complete the loop; failing to finish a loop within that hour results in removal from the event. Winners are determined by who completes the final loop in the fastest time. No pacers are allowed; human or animal pacers result in disqualification.
Runners receive a limited edition t shirt and a Chupacabra wooden medal. There is space at the shelter for personal crew stations. Organizers provide Gatorade, water, and snacks at the start and finish area.
A chip based prize system begins after a runner completes four loops. Completing 4 to 6 loops earns red chips; completing 7 to 9 loops earns blue chips. Chips can be exchanged at prize tables that use matching tablecloth colors. The red chip table includes shirts, a coffee mug, and items from previous Crazy Legs Race Series events. The blue chip table includes various items and free entries for Crazy Legs Race Series events.
