Brew Dash 6K, 12K and Half Marathon
The Brew Dash is a trail running event at the Whitewater Center in Charlotte, NC. The event offers three distances:
- 6K
- 12K
- Half Marathon
Elevation gain for the courses is listed as +240 ft for the 6K, +533 ft for the 12K, and +987 ft for the half marathon. The event is organized as part of the Whitewater Race Series and includes aid stations on course: South Main (hydration only), East Main (hydration only), and Academy (hydration and food).
Race registration includes one 16 oz beer or four 4 oz samples for participants aged 21 and over who present a valid ID. Race shirts are guaranteed for those who pre-register by June 7, 2026. Finisher medals are awarded to half marathon finishers who register by May 3, 2026. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in age groups 14 and under, 15-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, and 61 and better.
Participants must sign the Whitewater Center Assumption of Risk Agreement before participating; the waiver may be printed and brought to packet pick-up or completed on site. Registration is non-refundable. Trails remain open to other users during the event. The center does not conduct trail rescues; participants should call 911 for emergencies. The event is scheduled to proceed rain or shine, with the center reserving the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel events. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
