About the race
The Bigfoot Half Trail Run takes place on November 14, 2026, at Stoney Run County Park, 9230 E 142nd Ave, Hebron, IN 46341. The event is a half trail run held within the county park and uses park facilities for packet pick-up, parking, and the start/finish area.
The course includes grass fields, pavement, gravel road and single-track dirty trails. Runners complete two loops that share an overlapping section. Flags and arrow signs mark the route; participants are asked to follow the course markings rather than other runners.
Aid and on-course support include a main aid station at the start/finish area stocked with water, Gatorade, granola bars and UCANN gels, and an unmanned aid station at about 3.5 miles offering water and Gatorade. Participants who require specific food or gels may bring a hydration pack with their preferred items.
Logistics note the packet pick-up location inside the park at the first shelter on the right after entering; parking areas are indicated on the event map and parking on the road is not allowed. Timing is handled manually with a numbered popsicle stick that must be returned to a volunteer at the shelter; there is no formal awards ceremony and medals for overall and top age group finishers are given when the timing stick is turned in. Packet pick-up includes a raffle ticket and used race merchandise will be sold for $5 with proceeds to the park. Bigfoot hats in different styles are available on arrival.
