Beer and Buff Trail race Season Series
The Beer and Buff Trail race Season Series is a set of four 10 km trail races organised by Yellow Belly Ultras in the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB. Each event is a standalone 10 km race and there is an option to enter the full Grand Slam Series across all four seasons.
Each 10 km course includes varied terrain such as bridle paths, gravel tracks, woodland trails, National LDW footpaths and farm tracks, with approximately 500 ft of elevation and a 2.5 hour cut-off time. The series lists one-off entries from £18 and a Grand Slam Series entry priced at £60, with prizes for the highest Grand Slam points scorers and for individual events.
Events include a well marked course, a GPX route, a halfway water station and a unique Beer and Buff for each race. A canirun option is offered and well-behaved dogs are welcome. The organiser provides seasonal races rather than a single multi-distance event.
Planned venues and dates are Swallow Village Hall for the Autumn race on 8th November 2026, South Elkington for the Winter race on 17th January 2027, Tealby for the Spring race on 18th April 2027 and Market Rasen for the Summer race on 18th July.
