ABP Humber Coastal Half Marathon, 10k & Family Fun Run : Cleethorpes
The event takes place on 20 September 2026 at Central Promenade in Cleethorpes. It is the 10th anniversary edition and includes on-course chip timing, closed roads for race sections, pacers, and an extensive prize pool. Finishers receive a commemorative medal; the event also provides cake and an optional technical T-shirt.
Routes run along the promenade and coastal footpath and include multi-terrain sections and seaside and countryside views. The half marathon route passes an RSPB reserve. The official route map starts on Kings Road, about a five-minute walk from Cleethorpes Leisure Centre, and finishes under the race arch on the seafront. A reception at the finish area provides post-race welcome and spectator support is concentrated on the promenade finish.
A one-mile Family Fun Run on the Cleethorpes Coastal Footpath supports a local charity that will be announced later. Virtual options are offered for the half marathon and the 10k.
