Trail Running calendar near Gaylord 2025-2026

Join the Dork Brothers Turkey Trot in Alpena for a fun 5K around the APlex, mixing pavement and trail for a scenic Thanksgiving run. Enjoy a family friendly atmosphere perfect for walkers and racers of all levels.

Run singletrack through Pere Marquette Forest at the Traverse City Trail Running Festival, a weekend of distances from 5K to 100K with relays and family friendly options. Finish at Timber Ridge Resort and enjoy postrace food and local beer.

Take on Hanson Hills in Grayling on June 6, 2026 with either around 3 miles or a hilly 5 mile trail. Walkers are welcome on the shorter route and custom socks are yours while supplies last.
