Forbush Freestyle 2027
Forbush Freestyle is the third of three Michigan Cup races hosted each season at Forbush Corner Nordic and serves as the Michigan Cup Freestyle Championship for 2027. The event uses courses that are adjusted to match the season's snow conditions.
Course options include:
- ~16 km course for senior skiers
- 5 km course for juniors and those seeking a shorter distance
The venue has 3.3 km of trails equipped with snowmaking to provide a consistent racing surface regardless of weather. When natural snow is abundant, the larger 30 km trail system may be used, including the West side terrain described as scenic and challenging.
Key dates listed for the event are the race day and registration deadlines. Paper registration is available via a printable form and online registration is offered. The competition appears in the Forbush Corner event calendar and in the sequence of Michigan Cup races held at this venue. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
