Trail Running Calendar Indiana 2026-2027

Timed trail events of six, twelve and twenty four hours on a 3.55 mile loop with one aid station. Full loops count and a short out and back opens in the final 30 minutes to add mileage.

Run With The Squirrels is a low cost trail event at Morgan Monroe State Forest offering 5K, 10K, 10 mile and half marathon distances on April 25. Optional shirts cost $15 and half of shirt proceeds support the school art program.

May 1, 2027 at St. Patrick's County Park near South Bend, Indiana. The event offers 10K, half marathon, marathon and 50K on marked trails with chip timing and packet pickup.

Trail race in Lebanon, Indiana on 05/15/2027 offering 4, 8 and 12 mile options on paved rail to trail with wooded and open views. Community focused event with awards, post race refreshments, and inclusion of non binary competitors.

A 100 km ultramarathon and a 20 mile loop run take place in Morgan Monroe State Forest on June 4-5, 2027, featuring about 8,500 ft of climbing. The course is mostly single track and the 100 km has a 20 hour cutoff.
