A mountain fell race of 8.8 km with 714 m ascent around Llyn y Fan near Llanddeusant. The mostly unmarked, remote route requires navigation and mountain skills; entries are limited to 50 runners.

A 10 km multi terrain trail run around Beckbury, Shropshire, featuring the Badgers Bite Hill, marshalled and signposted with a halfway drinks station and a finisher medal.

A multi-terrain *5K* and *10K* race in the Chiltern Hills on 15 November 2026, organised by the Radnage Primary School PTA, with water stations, first aid, a village hall cafe and proceeds supporting the school.

MoRunning at Southampton Common offers chip timed 1.5k, 5k, 10k and a half marathon with medals, finisher headbands and on-site race facilities. The course mixes paths, trails and grass and is dog friendly and buggy usable.

A Movember charity run at Ashton Court Park offering 1.5k, 5k, 10k and half marathon options with chip timing, medals and headbands, mixed path and trail terrain, some hilly sections, and on course refreshments.

A 7 hour Time Challenge on a signed riverside loop at Wraysbury Skiff and Punting Club, with distances from 3 km to 50 km, themed medals and distance pins, goody bags and aid stations on each lap.

Callow Fell Race is an AS-category 8 km fell race with about 762 m of ascent around Little Stretton, featuring four steep climbs, limited signage, and mandatory WFRA kit; previous fellrunning experience is recommended.

A marathon and a half marathon in Broadway, Worcestershire set mainly on trails through the northern Cotswolds, featuring Broadway Tower, Snowshill and Stanway. Both races are licensed and the course is marked with marshals at key points.

A countryside walking event based at Barton-le-Clay Village Hall with 12 miles for walkers only plus 18 and 26 mile routes across field paths, tracks and woods. Online entries run 1 September to 13 November 2026.

Trail running in the Meon Valley with 15.5, 21.5 and 40 mile options on South Downs Way and local trails. Courses are waymarked with stocked checkpoints and there are specific age and entry rules.

Night trail running from Corfe Castle on 20 November 2026 with three waymarked routes across muddy tracks, ridges and woodland. The long route includes one outpost, toilets are only at the venue, and dogs are not permitted.

A six-hour lap event at Salcey Forest where participants choose how many 3.5-mile loops to run. Dogs and rucking are allowed, a reduced parking rate is available, and there are options for charity donations or a tree token instead of a meda..

A 10k night trail at Salcey Forest on a marked two lap crushed stone route that can be slippery in wet weather. A head or chest torch is required, Petzl will provide demo kit, and a canicross option runs ten minutes before the main field.

A fully marked *50 km* trail ultra from Putteridge Bury in Luton, running along North Chiltern ridgelines with three checkpoints, required safety kit and UTMB World Series index status.

A riverside trail run from Alexandra Gardens in Windsor along the Thames. Two chip timed distances with medals, refreshments, water stations and on-course first aid.

A guided 10 km trail run through the Chiltern Hills followed by a private tour and tasting at Tring Brewery. The event includes trail coaching, a run leader and a bottle or pint at the brewery.

A seven hour Time Challenge at Dare Valley Country Park where participants choose their distance. Medals for 3 km finishers, distance pins for longer efforts, goody bags with vegan options, aid tables and free parking.

Night time looped trail run at Moors Valley Country Park on 21 November 2026 with 10 km, 20 km or 30 km options, compulsory headtorch and free main car park; runners can choose a tree planting option instead of a medal.

A trail race at Spider Hill, Long Valley, on Saturday 21 November offering a single-lap 10 km and a shortened 5 km option with mud, marshes and steep climbs.

A scenic off road 10 mile trail race in the New Forest on 22 November 2026 organised by Totton Running Club, limited to 301 entrants. The event offers race day facilities, trophies and support stations; dogs are not permitted on course.
