The Seven Sins Run and Immortal Sinner
The event is based at Wenchford Picnic Site on New Road, Blakeney Straits, between Blakeney (A48) and Parkend GL15 4AW. The route uses forest trails and may be muddy and wet with possible ice and snow. The course is notable for repeated steep climbs.
Distances offered
- 7 miles with 7 hills
- 14 miles with 14 hills
The seven named hills appear sequentially on the course and are described as varied climbs that test pacing and endurance. Canicross waves are available on at least one day. A GPX file and event information are provided by the organiser.
The Seven Sins Challenge is scheduled across early January 2027 and the Immortal Sinner is a double lap option on the same weekend, covering the course twice to total 14 hills in 14 miles. The Immortal Sinner includes a 2 hour cutoff at 7 miles; participants who exceed that time on the first lap are not permitted to start a second lap.
A race brief and additional details are emailed about one week before the event. Parking is available at the picnic site at a charge of £2 per car and parking capacity is limited. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
