A 32 mile loop from Baggeridge Country Park near Dudley on 21 March 2027. The mostly traffic free route uses disused railway lines and canal towpaths, includes three checkpoints and a mandatory head torch section through the 2.7 km Netherto..

A supported 50 mile trail race from Manchester to Liverpool along the Trans-Pennine Trail and waterways. The event offers live GPS tracking, six staffed checkpoints with food and medical cover, a 14 hour cut off and 750 places.

A coastal 10 km on Blackpool Beach starting and finishing beside the Mirror Ball, timed with the tides. Event HQ on South Promenade handles number collection and baggage, with a water station at 5 km and medical cover on course.

Peak Rail 7 pits runners against a steam hauled heritage train on the route from Rowsley South to Matlock Riverside and back. The course uses shared trails with marshals, on site parking, and post race photos and results published online.

April 2027

Flat, primarily canal towpath races centred on Sowerby Bridge, offering 100 km, 50 km, half marathon and 10 km distances with chip timing and staffed aid stations.

Normanby Hall Adventure Race on 4 April 2027 features 5 km and 10 km cross country courses with water, mud, sand, crawl nets and jumps. A bale jumpers event is provided for younger participants and Curly's Athletes organise the event.

Trail races on the Monsal Trail in Bakewell with a half marathon and a 10k on Saturday and Sunday in April. The course follows a former railway line through four tunnels and across the Monsal viaduct with route maps available.

A 54 mile circular ultra and a 26.2 mile marathon section based at Brixworth Country Park, combining trails, roads and canal towpath with waymarking, checkpoint support and real time GeoTracks tracking.

Off road ultramarathon around Calderdale with 50 mile and 30 mile options following the traditional Calderdale Way, passing Heptonstall, Todmorden and Brighouse. Six aid stations and cut offs of 17 hours and 10 hours.

May 2027

The Pennine Barrier 50 mile on 1 May 2027 is a supported 50 mile ultramarathon in the United Kingdom, organised by GB ULTRAS LTD and included in the Ultra Great Britain Race Series with live online GPS tracking.

A five mile trail race at Clock Face Country Park on Sunday 9 May 2027 held in memory of Chris Lam. Organised by Widnes Running Club with chip timing, podium prizes for men and women and an age minimum of 15.

A single stage 160 mile trail ultramarathon along the Cleveland Way and Tabular Hills with over 7000 m ascent and a 50 hour limit. Entries are capped at 60, all runners must have motorised support and trackers are included.

June 2027

A 24 hour individual challenge in the Peak District where runners complete as many 21.7 km loops as they can. On site accommodation, meals and safety support are provided and finishers receive an eco-trophy.

July 2027

A guided trail weekend from Horton in Ribblesdale tackling the Yorkshire Three Peaks route of 38.6 km plus an optional 10 km loop the next day, with bunkhouse accommodation and coaching from a qualified guide.

Experience a unique point to point race along scenic canal towpaths from Wolverhampton to Birmingham. Run through the historic Coseley Tunnel and enjoy water stations hosted on traditional canal barges before finishing in Brindley Place.

September 2027

A 100 mile ultramarathon in the Ultra Great Britain series, Cheshire Ring Ultra 100 takes place in the United Kingdom on 25/09/2027 to 26/09/2027 and is organised by GB ULTRAS LTD with live GPS tracking via GB Race Tracker.

June 2028

An overnight trail event from Barley, Lancashire on the Pendle Way offering approximately 45 miles or a 30 mile option, requiring night navigation and mandatory kit; minimum age 18.

July 2029

Take on a 38 mile ultra marathon from Lancaster to Wigan as part of the Myths and Legends series. This point to point race features a tracking system for all runners and awards a bespoke finisher medal.

A single day ultra of about 35.5 miles from Wigan to Tarporley that forms Day 4 of the MTC Albion end to end of England. The field is limited, entrants receive tracking devices, and a 4.0 mph minimum pace is enforced.
