Trail Running calendar near Thowgla Valley 2026-2027

Experience trail running through the native forests and farmlands of Corryong. Reach the summit of Mount Elliot and take in expansive views of the Upper Murray region on courses ranging from 3 km to 33 km.

Run on historic trails in the Tumbarumba region. This October weekend event features trail races from 11km to 100km, plus a relay. Courses consist largely of singletrack through native bushland.

Experience Australia’s alpine wilderness at the Ultra-Trail Kosciuszko by UTMB. Run through snow gum forests and past granite outcrops in the Snowy Mountains with race distances ranging from 32 km to a full 161 km miler.
