Wonderland Run

Wonderland Run is a multi-distance trail event with published results and course maps for recent years. Organisers note that SingleTrack Events will become the event custodian beginning with the 2026 running, and the 2026 event dates are listed as August 29 to 30, 2026.

Event distances include:

• 50 km Ultra
• 37 km Trail Run
• 20 km Trail Run
• 20 km Hike
• 10 km Trail Run (Saturday)
• 2 km Kids Race (Saturday)

The 2025 entry process used staged pricing bands: early bird, standard, late, really late, and race day entries priced equal to the really late tier. Example 2025 fees for the 50 km ranged from $155 early bird to $215 really late. Other 2025 fees varied by distance and entry period. The 20 km walk used the same fees as the run. Entry transfers were permitted for a $20 fee processed through the original race entry system.

Minimum ages for 2025 were published by distance, including 18 for the 50 km, 16 for the 37 km, 15 for the 20 km run, 10 for the 20 km hike and 10 km run, and 2 for the 2 km kids race.

A 2024 rule change removed qualifying criteria and the designated judge. Entrants are responsible for selecting an appropriate distance. Cut off times at aid stations are strictly enforced.
