Grampians Peaks Trail 100 Miler : Grampians National Park, Victoria
The Grampians Peaks Trail event takes place on the 162 km Grampians Peaks Trail in Gariwerd, Grampians National Park, running from Mt Zero in the north to Dunkeld in the south. The trail rises about 7,700 metres in total and passes through varied, rocky terrain and remote wilderness sections. The route is broken into four chunks with major aid stations.
Event basecamp and headquarters are in Halls Gap, Victoria. The event dates are 5 to 8 November 2026. The race is presented by ASICS, has Visit Victoria as a major partner, and is delivered by SingleTrack Events. From 2025 the GPT100 is included in the World Trail Majors series.
Multiple race formats cover the full trail in different ways, including a solo or pairs 100 mile option, a four day stage race, team relays, and shorter distance races. The GPT100 Miler is a Hardrock 100 qualifier; finishers of the 2026 miler solo or pairs will be eligible to enter the Hardrock lottery for 2027 and 2028. Support activities take place in Dunkeld and Halls Gap.
