The Grampians Peaks Trail 100 Miler takes place 6–9 November 2025 with basecamp and headquarters in Halls Gap, Victoria, within the Grampians National Park (Gariwerd). The event uses the Grampians Peaks Trail, an end-to-end route of 162 km with about 7,700 m of elevation gain, running from Mt Zero in the north to Dunkeld in the south. The central township of Halls Gap serves as the event hub during the race period.

Race formats, distances and support

The event offers multiple formats: a continuous full-length 162 km option and a four-day stage race that covers the same distance in stages. Team relay options are available for both continuous and stage race formats. Pacing is permitted for the GPT 100 Miler from Borough Huts Campground (noted at 72 km) to the finish; one pacer may accompany a runner for up to two pacing legs. Pacer registrations list a fee of $30 for each pacing option.

Join Serra Terror, a two day team endurance challenge in the Grampians on the King’s Birthday weekend. Teams of 4 to 8 cover about 80 km across single track, open tracks, hills and scrambling on a route that changes each year.
