Course, facilities and awards

The trail is a smooth, groomed surface of packed dirt with some small packed gravel. The loop passes through shaded and exposed areas and includes two street crossings with minimal traffic; the course will be marked. A stocked aid station is provided with water, coke, chips, gummy snacks, granola bars, cookies, and freeze pops. All participants are required to carry a hydration device while on the course. Runners may set up chairs or tents no larger than 10x10 close to the trail. Awards are given to the top three women and men in each event; all finishers receive a home-made finisher's medal or item.
