The Williamstown Turkey Trot 5K is a trail run held on Thanksgiving Day. The event takes place at Autumn Lake Winery on 870 W Malaga Road in Williamstown, New Jersey.

Course & Format

The course is a 5K trail run. The terrain includes hard-packed dirt trails, grassy areas, and sand. The event is held rain or shine, and the course may include muddy areas if there is rain before or on race day.

Participants & Awards

Awards are given to the top three overall male and top three overall female finishers. Children aged 14 and under can participate for free with the entry of a paid adult. Friendly, non-aggressive dogs on leashes are welcome, and strollers that can handle the described terrain are permitted.

Logistics

The race is produced and timed by JLD Event Management and Timing. Results are published online. There is no time limit to complete the race. Check-in and bib pickup occur on race morning at the venue near the start/finish line. Race-day registration is available online via QR codes onsite.

Venue & Charity

Autumn Lake Winery will be open in the morning for bottle sales only. A portion of the race's profits is donated to Lucky Paws Animal Assistance, which assists in relocating unwanted companion animals and helps with veterinary care. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
