White Salmon Backyard Half and 4 Miler - White Salmon, WA - June 13, 2026

This event offers two distances on a mixed road and trail Lollipop course that begins and finishes at Rheingarten Park at N. Main Ave and NW Lincoln St. The event serves as a fundraiser for the White Salmon Cross Country program; a donation in addition to the registration fee is suggested to support the team.

Course details are provided by the organizer. The half marathon trail portion is about 12.3 miles as a large Lollipop loop, and the 4 mile trail portion is about 2.5 miles as a smaller hilly loop. Road sections run roughly a mile each way to connect runners to the trail segments. The course is marked with paint and orange surveyors tape and includes three aid stations. The first full aid station is located roughly 30 to 40 minutes from the start depending on pace. Dogs are not permitted on the course. Participants are advised to bring a water bottle, particularly in warm conditions.

Day-of registration and check-in are available at the start area; payment is accepted by cash, check, and Venmo. Registration closes on Thu, Jun 11 at 11:59 PM PT. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
