The White Plains Chocolate 5K takes place on Saturday, February 7, 2026, in Anniston, Alabama. The course is a trail run through the hills and valleys of the White Plains community. The event starts and finishes at White Plains High School, 250 White Plains Road, Anniston, AL 36207. The race uses electronic timing and the course is certified. The White Plains Track Booster Club is the event sponsor and proceeds will support the girls and boys track teams.

Registration and awards

Base registration is listed at $25. Online registration closes February 6, 2026. To be guaranteed a shirt, online registration must be completed by February 1, 2026. Day-of registration is available at 8:00 am for a $30 fee. Packet pickup begins at 8:00 am on race day in the high school gym.

Awards are given to overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers for male and female. Age-group awards for male and female are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in these groups: 9 and under; 10-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; and 80+. White Plains students, faculty, and staff and current Anniston Runners Club members are eligible for a $5 discount; only one discount or coupon may be applied per registration.
