White Plains Chocolate 5k

The White Plains Chocolate 5K is scheduled for Saturday, February 7, 2026, in Anniston, Alabama. The event is based at White Plains High School, 250 White Plains Road, Anniston 36207. The course is a trail route through the hills and valleys of the White Plains community and is a certified course with electronic timing. The run is open to both runners and walkers.

The race is sponsored by the White Plains Track Booster Club and proceeds will support expenses for the girls and boys track teams. To be guaranteed a shirt, online registration must be submitted by 2/1/26. Online registration remains available through 2/6/26 but shirts are not guaranteed after the earlier deadline. Day of registration is available for a $30 registration fee. Packet pickup occurs race day in the gym.

Awards are presented to overall finishers and by age group. Overall first, second, and third place awards are given for male and female finishers. Age-group awards for both males and females are given for these groups: 9 and under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 plus. White Plains students, faculty, and staff and current Anniston Runners Club members may be eligible for a $5 discount; only one discount or coupon may be applied per registration.
