The 10K is an out-and-back from Cahulga Creek Park along the Heflin Spur and a short section of the Pinhoti Trail.

Aid stations are located along each course at named trailheads and road crossings. Time limits are set for each race: 50K 9 hours 30 minutes, 25K 6 hours, and 10K 4 hours. Race logistics note bus transport from Cahulga Creek Park to the 50K start is available for a fee, packet pickup is offered at Cahulga Creek Park and at start locations, restrooms are provided, and primitive camping is available at Cahulga Creek Park for a small donation.
