The 50K is a point-to-point course that runs on the Pinhoti Trail and connects to the Heflin Spur for the final segment, starting near Greenleaf Dam and finishing at Cahulga Creek Park. The 25K is a lollipop course that starts and finishes at Cahulga Creek Park and uses the Heflin Spur and Pinhoti Trail. The 10K is an out-and-back from Cahulga Creek Park onto the Heflin Spur and Pinhoti Trail. The routes include single-track trails, scenic overlooks, creek crossings, lakes, and hardwood and pine forests.

Logistics and services

Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the races at Cahulga Creek Park. Bus transportation from Cahulga Creek Park to the 50K start is available for a fee. Parking is on the grassy area at Cahulga Park entrance. Restrooms are available at start and finish locations. Primitive camping is available at Cahulga Creek Park for a donation to the city; restrooms are provided but no showers.

Aid stations are provided on all courses; the 50K course lists multiple aid locations including Blue Trail FS 540, Pine Glenn, High Rock, Heflin Spur Trailhead, and a water-only point at FS 523. Awards include top three overall male and female, age-group overall winners, and medals for all finishers. Results are posted on Ultrasignup.com.
