Weymouth Bay 10K : event details

The Weymouth Bay 10K is scheduled for 1 March 2026 and is organised by MCC Promotions at the Riviera Hotel, Bowleaze Cove, Weymouth, Dorset. Entry is open to people aged 15 and over on the event date. The entry fee is £16. On-day registration is available. Results are published on the organiser’s website. The event supports the charity Margaret Green Animal Rescue.

Course and facilities

The course is an out-and-back route starting at Bowleaze Green, with an initial 122 metre section, two laps, and then a run toward Pleasure Pier with a return via Overcombe. The course is accurately measured and holds a measurer’s certificate. It is an England Athletics affiliated event. Terrain is road and 88% flat. Water is provided at various points on the course. First aid is available. Changing facilities, toilets and baggage storage are provided. Trophies are awarded to the first three finishers and to veterans over 45; bespoke medals and spot prizes are also offered. Ample parking is available.
