Course and Details
The course is a trail that goes around the church property. It features a unique foam finish. The elevation gain is approximately 56 feet. Strollers are welcome on the trail, though caution is advised as the surface may be bumpy. Dogs are not recommended for the event.
Charitable Cause
All proceeds from the event are donated. A portion (25%) supports the Genesis STEAM homeschool co-op, which operates through the church's kids ministry. The majority (75%) benefits the Katallasso Family Health Center, a faith-based, non-profit healthcare center providing services to uninsured residents of York County.
Additional Information
On race day, packet pickup and group stretching are offered. Registered participants may receive a free t-shirt and reusable water bottle, while the first 200 registered runners/walkers get a ticket voucher for a York Revolution baseball game. These perks do not apply to the Kids Fun Run. Traveller Coffee Company will be on site selling drinks. Parking is available in the Genesis Church parking lot. The event has a no-refund policy.
