This event is a 5k run, originally a merger of the Valentine's Twosome Relay and the Washington's Birthday 5k. It serves as the first race of the Annapolis Striders Championship Series for the calendar year.

Registration & Fees

The standard entry fee is $15, with a discounted fee of $10 for Annapolis Striders members. If the race is not sold out, registration on the day of the event costs $25. Participants aged 8 to 100 are eligible to take part. Packet pickup and potential day-of registration occur from 8:15 AM to 9:45 AM.

Course Details

The course is described as mostly flat with two gentle rolling hills and takes place around the trails of Kinder Farm Park. Runners are to follow a marked trail route, with detailed instructions provided for the start, turnaround, and finish. Hydration stations are only at the start and finish lines, so participants are advised to bring their own hydration.

Event Rules & Information

For safety, headphones, strollers, rollerblades, and pets are not permitted on the course. The trail remains open to walkers, bikers, and pets, so runners must stay to the right.
