Vale of Three Falls 5K 10K 15K

Vale of Three Falls takes place on May 17, 2026 at the Parade Grounds in Letchworth State Park. The event uses the traditional Sehgahunda finish area and routes along East Parade Grounds Road within the park.

Distances:

• Lower Falls 5K
• Middle Falls 10K
• Upper Falls 15K

All three courses are out and back on a seasonal service road that is mainly stone and gravel with sections of broken asphalt. The routes are hilly and include multiple scenic overlooks with views of the Genesee River. Course surface is described as wide dirt like service road in places.

Aid and on course services vary by distance. The 5K has one aid station, the 10K has three, and the 15K has five. Both days of the race weekend feature cup free aid stations. Sehgahunda 26.3, 10K, and 15K participants are required to carry hydration while on course. The 15K has a time cutoff at the Big Bend halfway aid station; participants who do not meet the cutoff will be offered transport to the finish.

Packet pickup is available in the days prior at Fleet Feet The Armory and on race day at the Parade Grounds Lodge; early pickup is advised. Parking is available at the Parade Grounds close to start and finish. Post race food and drinks are provided. Event shirts are included and a custom finisher medal is new this year. Awards are distributed per distance with age group awards in the 5K and overall awards for the 10K and 15K. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
