Camping is available at Ruby Rider Ranch with potable water, port-a-potty toilets, quiet hours, tent and RV options, and a strict check-out time. The event is cup-free; participants are asked to use reusable drink containers. Wheelchairs, strollers, and dogs are not allowed on the course.
Courses and race services
The event offers five distances:
- Half Marathon - 13.6 miles
- 30K - 18.9 miles
- 60K - 41.5 miles
- 100K - 61 miles
- 100 Mile - 97.6 miles
All courses are on technical dirt trail and mesa singletrack with marked junctions using flags, ribbons, signs, and reflective tape for night sections. Aid stations provide water, sports drink, fresh fruit, salty and sweet items, portable bathrooms, and later-station medical and hygiene items such as salt caps, sunscreen, and basic first aid. Drop bags are allowed for ultras with labeling and size rules; specific drop bag deadlines apply. Crew and pacer access rules vary by distance and are restricted to designated aid stations. Overall cutoff times are published for each distance and runners must finish within those limits to avoid a DNF. Offline Avenza maps are available for each distance.
