Last One Standing Ultra Marathon

St. George, United States • 11 Dec 2026

Event overview

The Last One Standing Ultra takes place in St. George, Utah. The event is based at Crosby Family Confluence Park, 2099 S Convention Center Dr. Runners complete repeated loops of a set course along paved trails near the Virgin River and city viewpoints. There is an adult ultra and a kids division.

Format, course and rules

  • Adult: 6 miles per loop; each lap must be completed within a 90-minute limit. There are 16 regular laps and a 17th final lap to determine overall winners.
  • Kids: 5.3 miles per loop; same loop as adults minus the first 0.7-mile out-and-back. Kids may use non-motorized devices (for example bikes, scooters, roller blades).

One aid station is located about halfway through the loop at St. James Park and will provide water, Gatorade, and Gu products; it will be unattended. The park area is available for runners to set up personal campsites and packet pickup is held at the park. Key rules include no early starts, elimination if a lap is not finished within the 90-minute limit, notifying staff when dropping out, and no spectators in the start/finish corral. The course is not closed to the public, so runners should stay on the right side of the trail and be courteous.

Awards include a finisher medal after the first on-time loop, a button after each lap, a belt buckle for completing all 17 loops, and champion prizes for overall male and female winners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
