Ultratrax Schuylkill Trail

UltraTrax Schuylkill Trail

UltraTrax Schuylkill Trail takes place on September 26, 2026 at the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education in northwest Philadelphia. The Schuylkill Center occupies 365 acres of fields, forests, and streams and was founded in 1965.

The event is a timed, noncompetitive trek on a marked loop course through wooded terrain. The route passes mature tulip poplars, oaks, beeches, several ponds, and art installations. Participants have a 10-hour time limit to complete their chosen course.

• 21 miles
• 28 miles

Finishers receive a custom t-shirt and a velcro patch. Level 3 and Level 4 participants qualify for the UltraTrax Grey Wolf medal. Participants may add a weighted vest or ruck in 10, 20, or 35 pound options to unlock bonus finisher items. Bibs can be mailed or picked up the morning of the event; registrations after September 5, 2026 require in-person pickup and a friend or relative may pick up a bib on behalf of a participant.

A small amount of VIP parking is available onsite. Complimentary shuttles will run to and from an offsite parking lot at 161 Washington Street, Conshohocken, PA, roughly a 10 to 15 minute drive from the start/finish; drop-offs at the start line are also permitted. Refreshments and food will be available for purchase after the event. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education.
