The course is a ridge-bound loop on Holiday Valley’s wooded slopes. One loop measures 7 miles with about 854 feet of elevation gain. Terrain includes mellow single-track, rolling hardwood glades, ridge sections, shaded hollows, and occasional fire roads, with finish access at the resort base.
Aid stations appear roughly every 2.5 to 3 miles and provide water, electrolytes, and snacks; toilets are available at regular intervals. The route is professionally timed and well marked. Event support includes professional photography, a trail pack with a commemorative patch and finisher shirt, and a Grey Wolf medal for completing three or four loops. A portion of registration fees supports the Conservation Lands Foundation.
