Packet pickup and race-day registration are handled at the Sprague Brook Warming Hut. A mail-in registration option is available using a race waiver and mailed payment. Registration fee for each event is $35 through race day.
The 5K course runs primarily on wide groomed trails and grass. Professional timing is provided with Jaguar Electronic RFID timing by Race Management Solutions; results are updated in real time and can be accessed through event result platforms. Custom finisher certificates and finish-line photos are available via the results platform.
Trophies are presented to the overall male and female 5K winners, with age group medals awarded across the following divisions: 14 and under; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70 and older.
There is free parking at the park; participants are asked not to park in the campsite area. After the event, a post-race celebration at the Bread of Life Outreach Center includes a food and beverage coupon, a door prize ticket, raffles, kid-friendly activities, and a Wellness Fair.
