Registration is online only via the Race Roster platform; no paper or on-site registration is accepted. Participation requires a mandatory fundraising commitment of $250 CAD. Registrations are final and non-refundable unless cancellation insurance was purchased through the registration platform. No bib deferrals to a future edition are granted; distance changes or bib transfers are permitted subject to availability and incur a fee of $15 + taxes.
Organizers note inherent risks associated with trail running including natural and artificial obstacles, uneven or unstable terrain, and changing weather conditions. Participants must consider their fitness and ability to participate; minors must provide written parental or guardian consent. Photographs and videos taken during the event may be used by the organizer for promotional purposes without compensation.
