TRSA - Mount Misery

The TRSA Mount Misery trail running event takes place in the scenic Cudlee Creek Forest Reserve within the Mount Lofty Ranges, about 45 minutes from Adelaide. Featuring three main distances—8 km, 15 km, and 24 km—the course offers challenging climbs, including the notable "Gongshow" ascent, with elevation gains up to 1,226 meters on the longest route. Runners traverse mainly fire trails and some single tracks through beautiful bushland, encountering creek crossings and abundant wildlife, including the famous Eddie the Emu.
The event emphasizes environmental respect, stunning views from the summit, and a true test of endurance.
