TRSA On The Trails : Mount Misery (Race 2)
Mount Misery is the second race in the On The Trails series held around outer-metro Adelaide and focuses on trail running through native scrub, pine forest, creek lines and notable climbs. The event is listed as Race 2 for 2026 and takes place on Sunday 5 July 2026. Registration opens 1 June 2026.
The race offers multiple course distances to suit different preferences:
- 24 km
- 15 km
- 8 km
- Kids run
All On The Trails events are registered as ITRA National League events and longer distances attract UTMB points. Competitors who enter any On The Trails event are automatically included in the series competition; entrants may run individual events or the whole series. To be eligible for a series or age-group prize, a competitor must finish four or more On The Trails events, with the best four results used for series scoring.
Participants must carry their own drinking vessel, carry a mobile phone, and download the Emergency Plus app. Organisers strongly recommend basic first aid supplies and appropriate layers or a rain jacket. Walkers may take part only in the short courses so they are accounted for before course closure.
