TRSA - Mount Misery

The TRSA Mount Misery trail running event takes place in the scenic Cudlee Creek Forest Reserve within the Mount Lofty Ranges, about 45 minutes from Adelaide. Featuring three distances—8 km, 15 km, and 24 km—the course offers challenging climbs, including the notable "Gongshow" ascent, with a mix of fire trails and single tracks. Participants experience breathtaking views, creek crossings, and abundant local wildlife, including the famous Eddie the Emu.

The 24 km race is a UTMB® Index and ITRA National Challenge event. Amenities include drink stations, nutrition, medals for placegetters, and the event is known for its world-famous brownies.
